An E-Commerce Seller Appeal to the Online Shoppers

 
Hello, Friends today I introduce you to an e-commerce seller businessman.
He is not a big seller but he is good product seller.
He deals with cosmetic and imitation jewelry products.
This guy has a story to tell a setback or a pain given by online buyers.
Hearing it I could relate to the pain he must have gone through at that moment.
Earlier I use to feel if you are doing business then you are a rich person and all businesses are capable of generating a lot of profit, this was the thought of a  16th years old boy.
Today I introduce you to a very hard-worker businessman – whose name we will not disclose here on request by the seller. So, let us begin the seller’s journey.

He was 26 old when he decided to do a part-time business after doing a regular job.
He was an Engineer in IT Company and had good knowledge about digital marketing.
So, he will decide to start his own website and sell imitation jewelry.
This is not only one side decision one more person in this decision but his better half also supported him to take this step. Both decided to do the online business together.
They started searching for a developer to create a shopping website.
Mr. Seller has to spend lots of hard blood money on his website but the website not very successful.
He was a total loss he then decided to sell on Amazon, Flipkart or other e-commerce portals as well.

In the initial months of working with Amazon, he was pleased to see lots of order in seller account, but in the course of doing the business, the seller committed a mistake.
He tried to save money and get profit but on the contrary,
he was incurring loss all time.
He could not understand the strategy as to make a profit in this business, But there were a few days where he got profit but mostly they had to face lots of loss-making shipments.
What was the reason?? He could understand the reason for the loss which the seller wants to share with full details. Sometimes fraud buyers buy products Then after few days, the Buyer submits a cancellation request, refund request, damaged problem, wrong products.
Seller telling me clearly, he is not against this policy because many times the problem is real to face by the buyer but many time all request are fake.

Mr. Seller defines one case –

 
(1) He will receive an order after shipped item than customer submits a cancellation request. In that case, seller pays shipping charges for shipping company but the product was shipped than seller pay one more charge product return charge in that this shipment goes to loss-making shipment. Buyer pays without earning. This is loss
(2) Buyer purchase something on Amazon buyer always wants to free shipping how it’s possible to branded cosmetic products. Because margin most properly 7% only if buyer pay to ship itself how we will manage the profit.
(3) Amazon Worst Policy – A2Z claim this is policy always fewer buyers. If the seller is right than Amazon refunded to the buyer. That buyer is free to submit any time A2Z claim.

 
This is general conditions applicable to e-commerce marketplace. Some companies are policy is Cash back how it’s possible if I purchase a product’s 100 and we provide 20 rupees’ cash back then how to recover my shipping, packing, and Amazon listing commission. How????

Please stop the cash back virus bed habits. Cash back is sickness and try to damaged shop and e-commerce shopping also.
